General Reservation Terms and Conditions

Child Seats
Infant and child car seats are available only in SUVs and minivans. Due to space limitations, sedans cannot be equipped with child seats.

Passenger & Luggage Capacity
Each vehicle has a maximum passenger and luggage limit based on manufacturer safety standards and state regulations. Overloading is strictly prohibited.

Hourly Bookings
Hourly service applies only to trips within a 20-mile radius. For longer trips, please book our Door-to-Door or Long-Distance service options.

Toll Taxes

  • Logan Airport transfers include a mandatory two-way toll as required by the airport authority.
  • Additional tolls may apply based on specific routes and will be calculated in the fare where possible. Non-airport tolls are generally included.

Weather & Emergency Disruptions
In case of severe weather (e.g., snowstorms) or national emergencies resulting in blocked roads, we may cancel your service and issue a full refund.

Long-Distance Surcharges
For long-distance rides, extra charges (e.g., parking, tolls, or detours) may be applied based on client preferences and paid in cash to the driver or charged to your card after service.

Holiday Surcharge
A flat surcharge of $20 is applied on all services during U.S. public holidays.

Gratuity & Fees

  • Gratuity: A 10% gratuity is automatically added to all bookings.
  • Fuel Surcharge: An 8% fuel surcharge applies to all trips.
  • Night Charges: $10 will be added to services between 8:00 PM and 5:00 AM.

Cancellation / Modification Policy

Sedans & SUVs

  • Free cancellation up to 4 hours before the scheduled time.

  • For pickups over 50 miles from Boston, a 6-hour cancellation window applies.

  • No refunds for cancellations made after these windows.

  • If the driver is already en route for out-of-town pickups, full charges apply. Otherwise, only a 20% fee is deducted.

Stretch Limos, Vans & Buses (Excludes Proms & Weddings)

  • 100% refund: If canceled at least 14 days before the ride.

  • 25% refund: If canceled 7–13 days prior.

  • No refund: If canceled within 7 days of service.

Premium Vehicles

  • Cadillac Escalade / Mercedes S-Class: Require 48-hour notice.

  • Rolls Royce: Require 7-day cancellation notice or full charges apply.

Proms & Weddings

  • 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

  • Remaining balance must be paid 2 weeks prior to the event (Cash, Check, or Money Order).

  • Cancellation within 4 weeks of the event will result in full charges.

No-Show Policy

  • No-shows are non-refundable, including due to flight delays or cancellations. Always notify us in advance if changes occur.

Large Vehicles (Vans, Minibuses, Party Buses)

  • Must be canceled at least 72 hours in advance. No refund for cancellations within 72 hours.


Wait Time Terms

  • Non-Airport Pickups: 15-minute grace period, after which wait time is charged.

  • Domestic Flights: 30-minute grace period.

  • International Flights: 60-minute grace period.

Wait Time Rates:

  • Sedan: $75/hour

  • SUV: $90/hour

  • Vans (12–20 pax): $150/hour


Responsible Usage Policy

  • Clients are financially responsible for any damages to the vehicle caused during the rental.

  • A $250 sanitation fee applies for smoking, vomiting, or trashing the vehicle.

  • Damage to TVs, radios, or entertainment systems incurs a minimum $400 fee.

  • Standing through the sunroof is illegal and strictly prohibited.

  • Smoking and drug use are prohibited. Violations will result in termination of service with no refund.

  • Drivers have the right to terminate a trip without refund if client behavior is unsafe or inappropriate.

  • In case of mechanical breakdown, we will provide a replacement vehicle or rebook the service at your convenience.

  • Overtime charges apply after a 10-minute grace period beyond scheduled end time.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unsafe road conditions.

  • We are not liable for items left behind in our vehicles.

  • Full payment must be made before the start of service.

  • Credit card payments are charged 24 hours in advance

  • Cash must be paid before the ride starts

  • Check payments must be received 2 weeks prior

  • It is illegal to exceed the seating capacity of any vehicle.

  • For outstation trips (25+ miles), additional fuel or delay charges may apply.

  • For vehicles over 7 passengers:
    • No cancellation/modification allowed within 72 hours.
    • Cancellations made earlier are eligible for 50% refund.
